Cookie Notice

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can help a website work properly, remember your choices or provide information about how the website is used.

How we use cookies

We currently use:

• Essential cookies – needed for security, important website functions and remembering your cookie choices.
• Statistics cookies – used through Google Analytics to understand how the website is used. These are only used if you choose to allow them.

We do not currently use cookies for personalised advertising, remarketing or behavioural advertising.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies are used where they are necessary for the website, security or a service you have requested. They are not used for advertising or website analytics.

Cookie preferences

We use Complianz to manage your cookie choices. It uses essential first-party cookies to remember whether you have allowed or rejected optional cookies and whether you have already responded to the cookie banner.

These cookies are kept for up to 12 months.

Secure Terms Acceptance

If ID Driving School sends you a private link to accept the Terms and Conditions, the website uses a temporary essential security cookie to protect that process.

It contains a random security value and does not contain your name, email address, telephone number or Terms document.

It is only created when a valid Terms Acceptance link is opened and lasts for 48 hours. It is not created during normal website browsing or when using the standard enquiry form.

Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the website.

This helps us understand website traffic, which pages and topics are useful, and how the website can be improved.

Google Analytics cookies are only activated after you choose to allow Statistics cookies and may remain on your device for up to 2 years.

If you reject Statistics cookies, the website will continue to work normally.

We do not use Google Analytics to try to identify individual visitors or for personalised advertising or remarketing.

Advertising and marketing

We do not currently use Google Ads tracking, Meta Pixel, remarketing or other advertising tracking technologies on this website.

If this changes in the future, this Cookie Notice and the website’s cookie controls will be updated before those technologies are used.

Your choices

Optional cookies are not activated until you choose to allow them.

You can allow optional cookies, reject them or choose your preferences.

You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using Cookie settings.

Rejecting Statistics cookies will not prevent you from using the main website or the secure Terms Acceptance process.

Other websites

This website may contain links to other websites or services. If you follow one of those links, the other website may use its own cookies and privacy settings.

ID Driving School does not control cookies used by another website after you leave this website.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Cookie Notice if the website or the technologies we use change.

The latest version will always be available on this website.
